    Media Planner

Fourteen formats from one campaign image.

Media Planner crops your approved campaign images, places the headline away from the face where it can be read, and writes the copy. Your team reviews the ad set instead of building it.

An approved image is still a long way from an ad set

Feed wants 4:5, Stories 9:16, Marketplace a square, and Stories and Reels hide the top and bottom behind Meta's own buttons. Today a designer re-crops each image and sets the text again for every placement, in every language. In our own test, four campaign images across Meta's six placements came out as 21 ads with 24 images, since a carousel counts as one ad, and 144 lines of copy in German and English. Media Planner builds all of them and writes the copy.

    Formats

Sizes and safe areas come preset

Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed, Stories, Reels, Marketplace and Carousel, four Google formats, a Pinterest Pin, an email header and website headers for desktop and mobile, each with its size and safe area. Google formats come as clean crops, since Google adds its own text.

    Subject detection

The headline stays off the face

We detect the face and the body in every image. The crop keeps the face in frame, the automatic layout never puts a headline over it, and it avoids the body where it can. If someone drags a headline onto the face, the card warns them.

    Readability

Every headline shows how readable it is

While you move a headline, the card shows a score such as "97% readable". It counts how much of the area under the text reaches 3:1 contrast, the accessibility minimum for large text. A headline half over white sand and half over a dark coat would pass on an average, and the score shows that half of it cannot be read. The type switches between white and black by itself.

    Safe areas

See what Instagram covers before you export

A toggle, "Show platform UI", shades the part of each ad the platform covers, and on Stories and Reels draws its header and reply bar. Stories and Reels use Meta's published safe areas, and the other placements use our own margins, marked as estimated. A headline moved into that space gets the warning "Headline outside the safe area".

    Layouts

Use a band when the photo is too busy

When a card says "Too mixed to read", move the headline onto a black or white band at the top or bottom, or onto a panel. Set the layout for the whole plan, one format or a single ad, and the planner warns you where a band will not fit.

    Copy

    Copy written for each market

Write a brief once. Media Planner writes the headline, subheadline and button that sit on the image, in every language you sell in. Each language is written for its market instead of translated, and each card gets a length that fits its text area. Edit, regenerate or approve line by line.

    Logos

Your logo stays clear of the face and the headline

Upload your logo once, with a version for dark backgrounds. The planner places it in a corner or along an edge, away from the face and the headline. Move it yourself, or change its size for every ad in a format at once.

    Export

Approve each ad, then export the whole set

Approve ads one at a time, or every ad without a warning in one click. Export JPEGs one by one or as a zip with a folder per language, each file named by plan, format, ad and language.
